Nothing in the world like Bangalore! I worked here most of my time and would love to work here im my next life too! Because it accepts the whole world : all language films run jubilees here,all types of food of the world available here,the best of local/national/global language is understood here,it has open arms with love in the bosom! This is in spite of the poor infrastructure for to day!!

Several factors:
Basically it boils down to
Remuneration vis a vis Accommodation costs [BLR is cheaper than BOM] and Commuting time [I believe BLR is now worse than BOM]
Other factors would be more or less the same. Presumably there are more soft ware opportunities in BLR.
If you have school going children, then getting admission in good schools would also be a factor [BOM is very very difficult]
