You got couple of answers already.
My suggestion, avoid Marina or Eliot or Basant Nagar beach.These are toooooo crowded.
Choose some good restaurant for the afternoon. Citrus @ hotel Savera is good. It has got nice garden with waterfall and all that, just ideal for a romantic afternoon. You will also get privecy as it's an upmarket place and not corwded.
For the evening, you can drive down to ECR and spend the time at the coffee shop @ Taj Fisherman's Cove.
My suggestions might sound little heavy on the pocket but I can bate it's worth for the right mood, ambiance and privecy you will get.

i think ur asking only for time pass so my suggestion is to choose some nice a/c restaurant.. that too go by in 3.00 pm where only few of them will be in restaurant... u can avoid beaches because many coll students(myself also) used to rag which will create serious problem or else u can go some old movie in a a/c theater.. i think u wont do anything apart from talking and scolding each other.. because many police are nowadays are tracing some mischievous students and warning them so be care full....

Your question is not correct. You have love with your good friend.Pl wait up to your marriage. Do not go for hangout in any of the lodges. It will turn your life line before if you go for this activities. after your marriage you can enjoy the above actives. OK I am like your brother take my advice.
