British Indian going India on a holiday, what should i look forward too?
im a british born and living Indian. i went india 8 years ago and now im going again and im really looking forward to going as everyone has told me things have changed since i had last come. I am a hindu and ive been suffering from severe depression lately and all i need is a holiday to gujarat and goa. is there anything i should look forward too and buy as a gift to my mates when i come back any suggestions.
cant wait to go indiaaaaaaaaa yaaaaaa Additional Details is it also safe to travel because i know how you indians love too hassel tourists, soon as we get off at the airport, come into my cab etc?

Well u r cming to GOA & GUJRAT ...so my first advice is about hotel security ...as there was an terriost attack on TAj hotel in MUMBAI..so i will suggest you to book hotel with less visitors or less famous in that regoin..

Be cautious before accepting something to eat from strangers.
For gifts and shopping in gujarat you will get good things at affordable prices in "big bazaar". There are 4 big bazaars in ahmedabad.
Ask to a local guy how much will it cost to go to a place in a rickshaw before seating into it because many rickshawala might take more fare than you than normal just coz you are a foreigner.
