Never.
The multifaceted cosmopolitan and free democracy of India can never be equalled by any other country.
Our History, religions, toleration to different faiths-traditions-lifestyles-economic adjustments-liberated sentiments.and many many other factors keeps India as the most supreme.
But wait a decade, Americans will be asking, can we technically-economically-militarily even get nearer to India?

INDIA is INDIA & USA is USA.
Being an Indian we have to evolve INDIA as INDIA for us not for Americans.
This don't stop us to learn GOOD thing from USA what we as Indians believe to be GOOD for us & not for US citizen.
Same holds true for US nationals to learn from India. |

There is no need for India to look like USA or other countries... but there is surely a need for USA to look at Indian Culture and traditions to make their country more Human. |

No, but if more and more Indians migrate to USA, USA may become another India!!!
On a serious note, we should not try to ape the West. USA is a great country, but they have reached that position by sheer self-belief and perseverance, as also a strong nationalistic feeling. We need all these qualities and more in our countrymen if we are to achieve the heights US has attained. |

I don't think so. Some parts of the USA could possibly look like some parts of India, but I really don't know because I have never been to India. I think the mountains in India are higher than the mountains in the USA. |

Not the cities: too crowded, dusty, different architecture, signage, car and bus types. Perhaps some of the forest or desert areas could look like some of the ones here, but it would take a good deal of matching. |
