In Hindi - "BADHAI HO" pronounced as 'baDHAAEE hOO'
In Urdu/Hindi (Both Languages Using) - "MUBARAK HO" pronounced as 'mubAAraK hOO'.

Hope the best suitable word will be MUBARAK HO

Badhai ho badhai - in hindi,

Mubarak ho - in urdu as well holds good for hindi too,
