If ur lukin for luxury then Jubilee Hills or Film Nagar(in Jubilee Hills)
Banjara Hills is also gud for the upper middle class..
There are many townships cumin along the outskirts like Rain tree park in Kukatpally... but they are far away from the city..
u can also try Srinagar Colony...
