yes, it is possible control slow the population growth rate.
govt. and NGOs should work on grass route, educate to people. in india people are not safe and secure by food,empolyment, medical facilities, old age care facalities. no control on inflation and cruption
so, they wants more chieldren for safe and secure future. Govt. has to think and provide basic requirement of people of india

NO and we should not also . Population should always increase , the rate of growth should be less .

I think with the high inflation no one likes to afford more than 1or 2 kids . People have to be educated and punished at the same time for having more than 1 kid .

According to govt plan, if you go for we are one and we have one.....

then it will take more 25 years to reach at the break even, whereby population will stop growing and then it will go reducing but at present no chance.
