Honestly, it depends on what you want to do..... North is exceptional during winter and snow only walks in Dec/Jan... my suggestions is take any hill station site in west or south.....a few palces could be Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani, Lonavala, Khandala etc.... in west.... and Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar in south....

I would suggest Kerala for visit.As u know in the month of november the climate starts to be more colder..But you can experience an optimum climate in kerala... trivandrum,malappuram,munnar,varkala,the... are some of the beautiful places which can be included in the list.

It is better if you visit India in October and november. It is the festival season in India. Durga puja, Dusherra and Diwali are the famous festivals celebrate all over India and these r the cultural events attracts to the foreign visitors. Bt if you are planning to visit India in November last then go to Goa or Kerala.

Visit any of the hill stations ! You will find them lush green and very pleasant ! You can go to Uttaranchal or Panchmarhi in Madhya Pradesh! Now a days it is very hot in the plains even in November. Take summer clothes with you if you are going to Rajasthan ! Why don't you also visit Chokhi Dhani in Jaipur ! One night at Chokhi Dhani ( village Resort ) will make you forget everything else in this world !
