if a family of four adults want to settele down in bangalore.how much per mounth will be enough to live a good upper middle class life there ,including the rent of a flat in a decent clean area.the last i have been in bangalore was in 1978.very long back. and things must have changed alot.i am not indian. |

in the cantonment area, expect atleast 12000rs for a decent 3 bed flat. it rises in particular areas and as high as 200000 pm for a nice house in richmond town. and the rest depends on ur lifestyle - atleast 4000rs for meals and stuff, if cooking at home. and petrol costs highest among all indian metroes - 51rs/litre. add that nicely, i'm shelling close to 3500 per month for 30km travel daily. outing can be costly, food for 4 in a nice rez will cost 1500. anycase, 25000 should be enough, for a decent lifestyle. max 35000 for an upper living. |

Bangalore is a nice place to leave there are variety of Areas in which you can sattel down If you want to buy a House it will cost you too much but if you rent a n Apartment or house it will cost you around 12,000 to 15,000 Indian Rupees for good areas and food is cheap in bangalore the only thing is Housing which is expensive So, you might need to earn 35,000 to 40,000 IRS for living in B'lore. |

Cost of living in Bangalore is very high.Esp for stay and food.Cost of petrol is about Rs51/ ltr.If you have money these are all-nothing.
for family of 4 adults. minimum you should have RS 10,000 you should have for minimum comforts.this is for your house and food and other expenses. If you think of getting a house you have to have a cash deposit of Minimum Rs 50,000 as advance. Rent minimum Rs2500/ pm. electricity ,water,servants,dobby food etc separate.For transportation min Rs 10 in the bus.For Auto min 35- 50. |
