Gate way of India is in Mumbai and India gate is in Delhi .However no action will be take in Delhi if complain to Delhi but some action will be taken if it is in Mumbai . |

I really appreciate your thought to complain against such an idiot who is a black mark on our heritage. We don't have any governance on these private people. I hope that we can seek the help of police who can be of some help or you will the one helping him (the police) in finding him some source of income. |

Gateway of India is in Mumbai and Delhi Gate is in New Delhi.
Autorickshaw drivers is one of the worst breed of Indians in any Indian town or city. A few of them are exceptionally good. But those are very few. Common complaints about them are (1) They will go only in the direction they want to go and not as desired by passenger. (2) They seldom use the calibrated (or tampered) meter and demand their own rates after seeing the passenger. Least fare for able bodied local men and maximum fare for foreign tourists. (3) In Chennai, they never use the meter, in Bangalore they mostly use the meter, but take you for a ride through a circuitous route and see that your wallet is lighter. (4) When they stand in a group in autorickshaw stands, they form a cartel and fix an exhorbitant fare for a particular destination and even a willing driver dare not charge less. (5) They use abusive flithy language with all road users. They have autorikshaw drivers union in every city/town, but the citizens don't have one to fight them and now slowly have started avoiding them. The police can help, but don't. |

if he has refused India gate complain to the traffic police
or complaints office in Police commissioner office
but if you asked him for gateway of India which is in Bombay he has the right to refuse you
as he must be a sane person to know that the difference
also auto is only limited till the metropolitan boundary |
