Distance from delhi airport to new delhi railway station.?
am going to delhi for d first time and i want to know by what means of transport i can reach new delhi railway station from delhi airport as soon as possible.
Distance from Delhi airport to new Delhi railway station is about 20 to 22 Km. it will take around 1 hr max.
means of transport you can use are
Taxi : 45 min to 1 hour
Auto rickshaw : 45 min to 1 hour (cheap and best)
Bus : it will take more time (about 2 hour) depend on frequency
express metro will be operational within 6 months, which is said to take just 20 to 30 minutes time.
best option right now is to get a prepaid taxi or prepaid auto rickshaw

the best way is 2 travel by a taxi and it will take around 1 hr max........but u should have a great luck that u don't struck in DELHI'S traffic.........one thingh more actully it depends on your flight timeing also

Since you are coming first time,you straight go to prepaid taxi booth and hired a taxi for New Delhi Railway station on Ajmeri Gate side,and distance is around 22 km and time would be consumed around 90 Mt's subject to smooth flow of traffic.
