Yes every Indian citizen coming from International flight are subject to custom check.If he is bringing some material then he has to come across the Red Channel and declare the valuable gods for custom duty otherwise he can come through Green channel if he nothing declarable material.

Your question is ridiculous.
Customs in any ccountry is meant for preventing to bring in and / or to take out any contraband goods and / or dutiable goods which come under customs regulations act and duty structures.
If you are an Indian and you return to India from an overseas country, you are not exempt from such regulations.
If your baggages contain dutiable goods, you have to declare and pay the required duty on them as per customs tariff. Customs allowance is limited
If Indians are allowed to walk through as returning Indians,

Yes, I visit India almost every two year and they check our bag and hand bags each and every time. Last time I went there for wedding I kept all my jewelry in my hand bag and whey they scan my bag they show the jewelry and ask me all kind of questions such as why are you carrying this? and whose are these for? and what kind of passport I have. As soon as I told them I have an American passport they let me go. But yes they do check all you bags.

All passengers coming to India have to go through customs irrespective of their nationality. However, if you are not having dutiable items, you can pass through Green Channel, where your baggage will be subject to X-Ray check and only if any suspicion on X_ray check then only physical check will be carried out.

Every one who cross the custom checking point must have to adhare the rules and regulations fallowed byt the Indian customs officals Except the privilaged given in the Indian constitutions.

In India Our constitutions are prepared by the Expert based on the British Costitution along with Usa ,Ireland constitution. So nothing special to comply the checking when Indian are entering in to the cheking point fixed by the customs officials.

Yes, every Indian returning from any other country has to have custom checking....this is the general practice everywhere....India isn't an exception .
