India was a developed country right from the ages of the Gods...it was just that the people ruined it due to their ignorance and their false ego. Actually India is still a developed country..its just that the corruption and over population has degraded the country.
Also if people start loving each other and stay together we can still rule the world. What you say People??!!! |

No doubt that India is developing and that too at a good pace. GDP is rising day by day which shows the remarkable growth. Not only that in IT sector India had outshined other giants and the companies are outsourcing more and more work to India.
So hope we will be among the list of Developed Countries soon.. |

Why you peoples don't believe that India has already developed a lot?
We have our own satellites, launched Indegenously made.
We have Missiles just to avoid any threats from other nations.
We have best human powers & Spiritual powers with us.
Our people are sharing most % of IT field development.
and so on.... |

I wish that in all aspects India, should develop more, though it has done it to some extent.economically India is now strong, and getting stronger in shape.educationally it is getting wise as a large number of students get to higher studies.medically it has developed in such a way it is offering relief to the patients from even Pakistan.technically it has reached an intelligent level. It has proved that it is at par with very few nations that are exploring the knowledge of space. In recent times the black sheep's among politicians are getting exposed. With all these facts ,I am sure India would become a very well developed nation soon. |

India is developing at a current rate only second to china, and some expect it to overtake china. I don't think thats really a question but something thats happening right now, India's expected to be a major economic power in the not so distant future |

Indian needs to stop this madness about cast systems and start treating everyone as equal. Must have compassion for your fellow human. Also these senseless protesting like for instant with Richard Gere makes Indian seems to backward and uncivil, its embarrassing. don't say its culture cause thats bull s h i t, If Indian is to develop then the culture needs to be change to the 21st century. Religion is all man made including cast system. God did not divide people and categorized them. |

Depends on the people who govern it !!!

There's no question of whether India "can" develop, because it is developing; and it is soon to be a very powerful nation.
It may not be doing it very loudly, but it has 1/6th of the world's population as its strength, and strength in numbers indeed.
About 70% of the nation is in the age group of 10-25, which means in 10 yrs, they will all be working individuals, making it towards the group of the country.
It is picking up in a lot of fields and areas that trigger and help growth of not only the strength of the country, but also the economy.
You might notice that the Rupee value has been rising sharply off late, which is simple proof that it is happening; and the question is not if it will develop, how soon will it happen. |
