Muslim women are forbidden to marry a non-Muslim, but it has happened before and the woman is cast out of her family. It really does depend on if the family, especially the head man of the house follows his religion, otherwise they might allow the woman to marry a non-Muslim, but it is very unlikely. Muslim men are allowed to marry who ever they want, but they will try and convert their wife to Islam and their child will follow the father's religion and not the mother's.

registered marriage in uk does not require you to change religion and you can get married at your council's office without changing religion
the main question is - is your to be husband (who i assume is muslim) ready to accept you as his wife and let you continue your religion ?

Muslim women can marry only Muslim men, but Muslim men can marry non-Muslim women as well. The rule is to ensure the children tol become Muslims.
