ofcourse it has got many mysteries ........no body could ever explained.....it took almost 20 years to become an immortal beauty........most of all it has the truth that love exists in this world.....n leaved a challenge to all those lovers ........when ayone taks abt love .........taj is talked first............no doubt taj is the everlasting beauty............it changes its color as the day changes its phases...........wat 2 say its look in moonlight.........awesome........n the most important fact that the worker's hand were cut after its completion ......so no chance that any body can copy such a marvellous monument........hey.......i think its not possible 2 explain the specialities of taj in these letters..........

yes it does. firstly becuase it is made fully out of marble and the marble is very high quality which has still not been destroyed even though so many ppl go there everyday. and secondly becuase it represents human love. there is nothing more beautiful than that - the expression of undying human love.

You need to read the descriptions given by world famous authors. I do not have the capability to explain its beauty. Or else go and visit yourself.

If you look at it, it may not be so appealing because of our modern concept of architecture.
But,
if you think of the time period when it was constructed then you can imagine the labour force, number of skilled artisans building it in unison, transportation of pure white marble from far thousands of miles away (no trucks then GOSH !)
Time taken to construct..etc..

Did you know that it was fully studded with precious gems ??
It was all removed thanks to the f****** British.

Also a similar Taj was to be built behind the white taj. It was for Shahjahan himself..but it did not materialize. It was to be in Black marble.

yes of course.its a very beautiful place.it is totally made up of white marble which is very costly.it is also famous for its story of mumtaz & shah zahan.it is a symbol of love

It was considered one of the 7 wonders of the world, because of the inscriptions, they were very clear and were at one time studded in Jewell and silver and gold. They were easy to read and were adjusted in size to appear same size.

The list of the wonders is made by different people and organisations, so it may show on one and may not be on the other. Actually there are so many wonders that they are classified by age, era and even time.

Taj is one of the few that appears on lots of list. It also is considered wonders in many categories.

Taj Mahal is one of the symbol to represent India. It was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his loving wife Anjumandbanu who was popularly known as Mumtaz Mahal. This is the only place which is the immortal symbol of love..
