This is not place, is a region in the center of Romania.Is surounded from Carpath mountains. Is about 30 % from Romanian surface.

Yes; in a country called Romania. As for Dracula, I suggest you go there and see his castle (BTW: Dracula was a real person known as Vlad the Impaler. Whether or not he was a vampire is any ones guess.)
