There should not be any problem if you really want to get married..Yes you will get Indian citizenship after marriage..
main thing is whether your BF will marry you or not..its hard ..he will have to handle pressure as he will be marrying against his parents wish ..

There are no problems in India for getting married Hindu Guy. Do not tell the people that You Muslim getting married to Hindu any thing like. Just go with Visitor Visa for six months or Studey visa. Get married. Apply for extension. Once you stay for five years you are eligiable to get the citizenship. No worries.

That sounds like a marriage made in hell to me.... It also sounds more like you are just interested in gettng the Indian passport rather than having a meaningful relationship.
