Himachal - Shimla, Manali
Kerela - Lots of places, esp the hills, you can go the backwaters also.
Sikkim - Gangtok is awesome, esp during the rains.
Thought abt Mauritius or Lakshdweep ???
I wouldn't suggest Goa because of the rains. You would not be able to enjoy the beaches, the tourist season comes to an end so you would have nothing to do there. It would all be deserted.
Well you can visit the interir other than the beaches, take a romantic ride on the Mandovi river. Lots of places inland, lots of history and culture to soak. Good food but at that time only the interiors. |

If u are looking now, in these summer go for Simla, KulluManali, vry good places,
U can also go to GOA, Mahabadeshwar, Panchgini(All in Maharatra)
Nepal is also good place
Kerala, Tamilnadu is also having some guud places |

Avoid Goa as it is not a great destination for honeymoon and is crowded tourist spot . Try places like Coorg, Munnar, Kullu Manali , Kufri, Binsar, Kodaikanal, Mussoorie and Poovar in Kerala |

Kerela is beautiful in the rains. You can also try Kodaikanal, which will be near Bangalore.
If however, you want exotic locations, you can try LAKSWADEEP. |
