Well almost all places will be very hot so a Hill station is recommended. Kullu/manali , Sikkim , Shimla , Kashmir , Ooty etc any place you wish !

For honeymoon its surely HIMACHAL PRADESH, leaving all crowd and pollution behind you should surely think goin 2 himachal, dere r great places to be romatic n cozy like SHIMLA nearby shimla only there are lts of nice places if u want to b away 4m tourist crowd KUFRI, TATAPANI, SUMMER HILL, CHADWICK FALLS, KULLU, MANALI and much more then theres beautiful DHARAMSALA, MCLEOD GANJ etc. All places are scenic and in natures adobe. Do a compete study pof places to visit and plan before, the accomodation is really cheap in Shimla and Manali if you are budget concious. Outside India - Thailand! Its beautiful! Try Phuket, Phi Phi & Samui Islands... you can couple it with Bali (might be very hot though).
In India def go to Goa... But it'll be VERY hot there in June...
then go to hill stations...
