Get a NOC from Delhi RTO,
Please check the following while you go to pune.
1. NOC
2. Registration.
3. Valid Insurance
4. Valid lisence
5. Valid PUC
6. ID, Pune Address Proof.
You've gotto pay pune road tax, consult an RTO agent for help.

You have to obtain a No Objection Certificate from Regional Transport Office, delhi and submit the same to regional Transport office, Pune along with application for registration. |

Obtain a NOC from Delhi and submit it in Pune for fresh registration. NOC is valid for six months. So you have to apply for fresh registration in Pune within six months from the date of NOC issued. Along with fresh registration, you have to pay Maharashtra road tax. After completion of registration in Maharashtra, you can apply to Delhi RTO for refund of tax paid you in Delhi. They will refund tax proportionate to the unexpired period of life tax.
You can use a private vehicle without applying for registration for six months continuously in a state other than in which it was registered. |

Unless you sell the car at pune .you need not change registration .Otherwise get NOC from Delhi and apply fresh at pune |

Since you will be on a temporary transfer to Pune, I think you need not do the re-registration procedure. However, I would suggest you take the help of some Agents and get an NOC(temporary) from the concerned RTO and have the same submitted at Pune and get necessary endorsements in the RC Book so that you will not get into trouble while driving/using at Pune.
It is better to take he help of agents at both the places so that run around will be saved. |
