The cost of trip within India or to Thailand or Sri Lanka is more or less same. Thus try and explore those options. Thailand should be great, especially Phuket, Pattaya and other new islands that are marketed by Thomas Cook and SOTC.
In India Hill Stations might be the best option in July as most other places would have rainfall or high summer. Kullu Manali is great, so is Kumarakum. |

Dalhousie & Ooty are cleaner and cooler as compared to other hill stations in india at the moment. will recommend Alps resort in dalhousie which is midway between main town centre and khajjiar. |
