if you heart it with your past so you never forget in your life but best way to forgot your past you need long time and don't think about what wrong happened with your past just forget it.

you cant forget about your past. It will stay with you and it makes you who you are. You learn from it and grow and move on. Everyone has parts in their past that arent great but if you can learn from it and deal with it than you should be ok. good luck
