mumbai to pune 190.00km (by train or bus it is your choice) and then by bus or taxi as per your wish
Pune to GED 18.52 Km
Khed to Nassau 14.12 Km
Nassau to Shirl 12.57 Km
Shirl to Lon and 23.73 Km
Lon and to Phaeton 29.66 Km
Phaeton to Shining 28.25 Km
total 135 k.m

go in the national highway no 50 up to sangamner and then right turn to babhaleshwar and from there right turn to sirdi.
total km 174 km from pune.

or you can do one thing go straight to sirdi from mumbai by train by getting down at manmad and from there you can catch a bus to shirdi or you can catch a train to kopargaon which is the nearest railway station to shirdi (15 k.m.) and while coming back you come to pune and from pune go to shanisingpur and from there to mumbai

Train to Manmad and a cab from there will be the shortest route. Otherwise there are planty of other options. You don't have to go to Pune for that.

Go to Dadar west walk towards Parel. Bang opposite to the Mathre Pen company building is the Nasik-Shirdi Bus Stand. During the day every hour there is a bus to Shirdi.

Remember while walking from Dadar to the bus stand a lot of private bus operators will approach you tooâ€¦

TAke a bus from Pune to Shirdhi in shirdhi there are alot of mini buses they charge around 70Rs to signapur. You might have to go back to shirdhi for bus to pune.
