you can't "make" a positive attitude. you can have one though. all you have to do is see more in any particular situation. in other words, think of only the bright side of things. find your passion in life and work it. "fake it until you make it!" mimic people with positive attitudes and very soon you'll have one that people would want to mimic as well.

There are lot of very easy steps you can take in this regards. Some of them are summed up as under:

1. Remove the word impossible from your dictionary.
2. Don't care what people say, only think what your mind say.
3. Set your mind to a goal, and just do it.
4. Every aspect has two sides one is positive and other is negative. Try to avoid the negative part of it.
5. Think that the God sent you to this world for some cause and you are to do that. Just explore your mind. You will certainly find that. In this regard, never care the world.

Well, I would say go for blood transfusion...Make sure you have "B POSITVE BLOOD GROUP"!! duhh

Good Question! Consider these three steps:

1. Read something positive each day. Start with books by Norman Vincent Peale: The Power of Positive Thinking.

2. Choose a positive goal each day and write it down. Then write a positive affirmation that you can say throughout the day. Generate hope then faith will follow.

3. Prepare in your mind three ways you are going to react to negative things with a positive reaction.

I started writing a blog to myself to generate positive attitudes and outcomes. Sometimes I use a 3x5 card.

Always think abt the gud things that has happened to you ...like they always say...INSTEAD OF SEEING A GLASS OF WATER HALF EMPTY ITS GUD TO BE HAPPY ABT THE GLASS BEING HALF FULL.
