How can u tell?

when a cousin invites you to go to india, how can u tell if they really mean it or just saying it to be nice..my cousin from india was in the usa for a month for work and i met him in new york..he asked me about my vacations and asked me why i dont come to india..before he went back to india, he told me he looks forward to seeing me in december..then when i talked to him on the phone, he told me to come to india, then when i wrote to him, he replied asked if we are planning to visit india..i'm sure the next time i talk to him on the phone or email him, he'll keep asking me..by my cousin continously asking me, do u really think he really wants me to come to india..my last trip to india was in december 2003..what is ur opinion and please advice me..
