On website you can book only point to point not via. for via you book 2 tickets 1st from from ex to allahbad and 2nd from allahbad to sultanpur.

First find out whether any train goes to Sultanpur via Allahabad. Book accordingly in the desired class. If so than break your journey at Allahabad after making a written request to the Station Master and take an acknowledgement from him. After you have finished your work in Allahabad, take the same train but on a different date in the same class to Sultanpur after making fresh bookings and adjusting the refund money to buy the ticket.
