Oh yes... kashmire valley, The Mughal rulers of India were always happy to retreat from the heat of the plains to the cool green heighests of kashmir, where they gave their art of formal gardens its finest expression.Jehangir's last words, when he died in 1927 en route to the "happy vally", were a simple request for "only Kashmir".
Among kashmir's greatest attractions are the Dal lake houseboats. During the Raj period kashmir's ruler would not permit the British(who were as fond of kashmir's cool climate as the Mughals) to own land here. so they adopted the solution of building house-boats-each one a little bit of England afloat on Dal lake. A visit to kashmir is not complete until you have stayed on houseboat.
A good place, which has become bad because of feud between India and Pakistan.

kashmir is very beautiful, a heaven on earth made to look like hell by terrorists and other radical extremists

The kashmire valley, or vale of kashmir, is a fertile, verdant region enclosed by the high snow-capped ridges of the pir panjal range to the west and south, the main Himalayan range to the east. this is the most beautiful regions of india, but since it has been racked by political violence.

Kashmir is integral part of India and Pakistan needs to learn it.

As per my opinion, LOC should be made International border.
kashmir, well u know its commercially very viable once the terror activities stop?
