I am flying to India from California for a friend's wedding in Delhi. How many days in advance should I arrive so I can recover from the jet lag (and not be a zombie) ? Some people tell me to arrive at least 1 week in advance but I was wondering what is minimum number of days I need to arrive earlier than wedding date?
you normally take around 3 days before you recover. But remember Indian wedding normally strech over 3 days and quite hectic so you should prepare yourself for that.
