Himachal Roadways run busess from Chandralok Building Janpath every evening. There are Volvo buses by private operators from ISBT Kashmere Gate.

Manali is almost 550 km far frm Delhi and normally it takes appx 13 hours to reach there. U can directly to Manali or u can stay in Chandigarh or Shimla to avoid such a long journey. Everybody is not comfortable with 13 hrs journey in hilly area.
