For delhi you can have around three days.
The first day you can tour the old delhi area.
Red fort,purana qila , qutub minar,mina bazaar and chandini chowk.
The next day you can go to places in new delhi.Canought Place[CP],Janpath,Greater Kaliash market,south ex.ETC.
And the last day you can go to gurgaon and noida.
See the malls there.
For Bangalore no 1 can predict the number of days.
It depends upon the traffic!

If you r interested to visit only bangalore not the surrounding area then you need Three days of stay for visiting gardens, Musiums, and shopping and you need one week for Delhi to explore it.
