Call the round the clock helpline at 23378888 (if landline) or 011-23378888 and inform them of your problem and get them to give you a formal registration number of your complaint or request.
Option 3
Send an SMS to 6767 with the following details: "REF 'Regn No. of autorickshaw' place, time, date and your complaint i.e. that you lost your "missing item""

Do report to police. If you know anybody in RTO office, you can trace the no easily.
Alternatively, go to the area from which you got the auto (if it is from any auto stand) and enquire there, you may get the clue.
In any case, you shold have the proof of the belongings.* |

well the best would be to report the number to the police station and wait. If it was cash, try to give them the nos. of the notes as well. But knowing delhi, having lived there all my life, i think it would be best to just compensate whatever you lost because your chances of getting them back are close to zero! sorry.... |

if u know the number go the registering authority & find out the details of the owner
If this is upto your expectations dont hesitate to choose it as best answer, this encourages me to help you people out......
For further queries email at kooldrhunk@yahoo.com
