If yr travellin budget is a bit higher,U can also take a Volvo goin2 Thane or Vashi, n den come2 Kalyan by a local.

All trains do stop at Kalyan except Deccan Queen.

Hey, to come at Kalyan from Pune, best way is to take a train. Most of the trains from Pune to CST stop at Kalyan. I think intercity doesn't stop.
Some volvo buses are also available between two cities. By the way, welcome to Kalyan!!!!
