You can go to Siddhivinayak Temple from Bombay Central in the following ways:

1) B.E.S.T. buses are plying between Bombay Central
and Siddhivinayak temple. Most of the buses going
towards Andheri, Santa Cruz and Borivili sides are
passing through Siddhivinayak temple. While boarding
the bus you have to enquire whether the bus goes
through Siddhivinayak temple.

2) Take a taxi from Bombay Central to Siddhivinayak.

3) Travel by train from Bombay Central to Dadar and
take a taxi.

The most comfortable way is to take a taxi,

From Mumbai Central take a local train to Dadar and get downon west and take a cab with minimum fare you just say siddhi vinayak to cabby or take a bus going to prabhadevi plenty of them are there and get down at sidhhi vinayak..going on tuesday will require lot of time for Darshan.alternatively take cab from mumbai central to siddhi vinayak not very far.

go catch a slow local & get down @ dadar station. then ask cab for shidhi vinayak temple
