You can travel Mumbai -Delhi by air and then from delhi you can take train or if you want to go by car it can be arranged by travel agents. for help just visit www.holidayclubindia.net

Best to get the shadabdi express to Delhi (only a couple of hours) and then either fly - cheap airlines are spice jet and deccan or get the Rajdhani express train )about 14 hours

I'm not sure of flights from Mumbai to Agra, but there are few train services available like Mumbai-Bhusaval-Bhopal-Jhansi-Agra-New Delhi. There are quite a many good hotels like Jaypee Palace Hotel, WelcomHotel Mughal Sheraton, Taj - View etc
