How to go to school in India? As a African American from the U.S?
I'm a African American female who wants to live in India for about 5 years but need some information on there schooling/universties there.my major is nursing.i haven't gotten my BSN yet but want to see what are my best options studying in India or the U.S.Also the acceptance of the community for an african american being there since i would be a foreigner to them.I know three languages can i use them to my advantage.
Karnataka (Bangalore) has some of the best medical schools in India. They Do have a NRI/ forigners quota in most medical schools.
Manipal Collage (Manipal near udupi) is one of your better option since this collage has a huge foreigner population is one of the best collages in the country.
In bangalore you can try the BMS or Kempegowda medical collage.
Whatever collage you join make sure it is recognised by the Govt of India and also chk with your own govt if the degree is valid in your own country generally you have to do a bridge course of some kind for medical courses before you can practice in another country.
