It depends on what you mean by purity. Do you mean ethnic cleansing or purness of heart or what? If you mean ethnically, you are nothing but a racist. No race is more pure than another, not even us honky whites. Our nation has been settled by many ethnic and religious groups and we are all Americans and as such are equal.d

Abolish the Religions of all faiths. They have held this country prisoner too long.
Then educate the children with teachers from Europe and America.

Ah it is just dream....till corrupt politicians from rich families rules the India.... no way.. they divide the people's in religion,racism, cost..... and our high cast religious people's stop to bully lower cast ..... finish cast system in India is impossible....when we can finish that system ,we,ll be getting Pure..... this system make India ashamed in whole world...if youngster from poor ,and lower going to politics ,its the 1st step.we take...... can we take this step.?what u say my friend? im waiting your ans////////

Chennai city is impure with all its corrupt politicians and dirty actresses. Madras had a rich south indian culture which has been ruines by the city's politicians and its film industry.
On the one hand it has brilliant directors such as Mani Ratnam, Rajeev Mennon, AR Rahman, Shankar while on the other hand it has dirty actresses such as Asin, Trisha and Simran.
The youth must be drawn away from Tamil movies and led into leadership positions in Tamil Nadu's politics. Corruption must be removes from the government and educational systems in Chennai city must be strengthened
Both Mumbai and Chennai have IITs established. IIMs must also be setup in the 2 cities for the future of its citizen's education

"Pure" is a pretty loaded word. One loaded with racial and/or dangerous overtones when you're talking about human beings and society.

Not to mention that in most of its meanings, purity is completely abstract and unattainable.

Every country in the whole world is not "pure" or perfect. Chennai especially has a high population, and high birth rates. First, what India could do in general is to be like "Indians" and stop following other countries styles and just make a style of our own, to provide trashcans everywhere possible to reduce the dump, then stop differentiating between castes etc.

Education to every one and the all facilities should reach all the corners of this country,,,, the laws should be strict.. because the wealthy people never mind that, because they know the holes of the laws.............

We have to motivate the younger generation for making themselves involving the small works also.Then they realise what is the problem their parents are facing.. First of all our education system should be changed..that is six month class and six month work related job.So they may get earning while learning. In India..most of politicians are not educated..this should be eliminated.Strong amendment should be done by completing x th class people can contest the election. Hence the educated people only can turn the country into purity.

I think everybody should do time in the military. Most other countries demand some sort of service in the military, which usually builds some sort of national pride. Now if you mean keeping the country "pure" most people think you should go back a couple hundred of years (or catch up your mode of thought!).

To remove racism. To remove separationism. Get rid of things like NAACP. All it shows is that black, whites, indians, etc. are different. And once we remove these "advancement" groups for a specific color person. We should all be treated the same, then purity!

But will never happen. :).
