From Rohini to you come over kashmiriget and from Kashmirigate bus stand you can get the DTC or Blue Line bus for Saket as no direct link of Metro is available at present.

Metro is too much of a bother as no trains yet in South Delhi.
Take a bus. Maybe Mudrika to AIIMS.
Then change for Saket.
Metro: Rohini> Kash Gate> Central Secy> bus>Saket

teh Metro Connectivity in South is not there . From Rohine . take cany bus to Madhuban Chowk. From tehre take any bus to come to AIIMS and tehn take 500 from AIIMS directly to Saket .
Once you reach AIIMS on teh ring Road , you will have plenty of options
