You travelling to Delhi? Want to move around within Delhi ? So you can do it with two way either get an auto rick saw= three wheelers but ask them to use metre. From airport you will get prepaid taxis.
You can also hire a taxi or car through hotel for 800rs-1000rs/day for up to 8 hrs fuel included. If Service is good and drivers attitude is good you can give them some extra money as tip only if you feel like it. Where ever you go if any parking fees involved its your responsibility to pay or u can pay this to driver. or else you can take underground rails. Be careful when you are as tourist taxi may take you to some show rooms and will just ask you to see things of your interest , it can be tempting but if you do not want to buy anything please refuse and walk away, as taxi driver works on commission for those shops all over in India and they get up to 10% for each sale.
