I've never been to India but I'll give you my impression of the place.

The people have very strong and fascinating cultures, and they're very friendly and welcoming, not to mention smart & talented. It's a developing nation with A WHOLE LOT of work still to be done especially in rural areas where poverty is really really bad.
It's the Info-tech capital of the world so that's pretty brilliant. The people are incredibly patriotic.

I think that Bollywood tries to paint a picture perfect India to give people hope that one day India will truly be the world's greatest superpower!

A great unity in great diversity

I just love my Mother Land INDIA. When it comes to visit India then one doesn't need to really think. One just needs to visit India and see the diversity of this place, which will entertain him throughout the year.

India is a place of diversity. Also known as the subcontinent India carries in its lap all the colors of the world. It is bordered by the world's highest mountain chain and there are plateaus tropical rain forest and sandy deserts that are bordered by palm-fringed beaches. India is ranked third amongst the top adventure tourism destinations. This is the reason why India is said as Incredible India. One can find every reason to visit India and there is no specific time when the glory of India is vibrant. It has 26 states and every state is a legend in its known. Each and every state has a special history of its own and thus the heritage of India is very rich.

There is innumerable number of languages and this linguistic diversity further adds to the diversity of India. It also has a vast variety of cuisines and cultures. The beauty of this nation cannot be limited with words. Moreover, the country's astounding topographical variations such as the coexistence of almost all the religions of the world as well as the local tradition creates a lot of curiosity amongst the visitors. The lowering temples of South India, which could be easily, identified because of their elaborately sculptured surface shows the association of India with many types of crafts ad performing arts. When one moves to the western side one would find many palaces and havelis. The proud Rajasthani culture appeals to the world and tells the stories of bravery of the Rajputs. In the east one finds the unexplored beauty of the northeast and the city of temples.

The flora and fauna of India is also very vivid. The diversity of India is so great that it has a lot of festivals in every season. So while visiting India one will really not think When to Go to India rather he would think till when would he stay in India.

It is a wonderful place to be. It is rich and vibrant. I admire and astonished by its beauty. It is impossible not to be astonished by India. Nowhere on Earth does humanity present itself in such a dizzying, creative burst of cultures and religions, races and tongues. Every aspect of the country presents itself on a massive, exaggerated scale, worthy in comparison only to the superlative mountains that overshadow it. Perhaps the only thing more difficult than to be indifferent to India would be to describe or understand India completely.
