Well there are lots and lots of photo centers in almost every little town and big cities :)
what you have to do is just buy indian traditional dresses, go to a professional photoshop and get a snap taken.
I don't think there is any need to get help from tourist companies etc.. they'll just charge you alot for that! You can just ask the hotel staff for directions to the the shops .

As for dresses, "Dhoti-kurta" is traditional dress for men though hardly anyone wears it now :) . There is no problem getting and wearing dhoti kurta - http://tajonline.tolshop.com/gifts-to-india/gifts-AR05.html

If you want any help on how to wear these, ask the shop-keepers. They'll help.

The only time you would need any "special" help is if you want to wear a "saree" :) I'm a 32yr old indian, been married for 8 yrs and still cannot manage to wear a saree properly :D

You would get decent dresses for both of you + charges for a photograph under $50-60 USD
Just make sure to go for simple dresses.. ( about 700-800 rupees for each dress will be enough) Make sure to buy cotton ones.
Be ready to shopkeepers pestering you to buy ones which heavy brocade/bead work etc... If i were there i would avoid buying those costly items just for wearing once! ( Or may be u want to use them again at Halloween costume parties? :) )

P.S. You can google for indian ethnic dresses on the web, and whatever prices are given in USD, the same items you would get for 50-60% of that price .. so they'll be much cheaper in India.

In the golden triangle section, when you go to Jaipur, just request te hotel where you stay, and they will take care of every thing.

if you really want some proffesional support, its best you go to the 'india tourist office' of the govt. located in your city. they would provide you with best available material and would also arrange your tour etc, plus will give the details you require.
