Yes is possible u can visit your wishes place in one day u want to go only siddhi vinayak temple & Haji Ali Dargah well Mahim to Mahalaxmi is very closed

The monsoon season is not good for Mumbai in past few years. Road blcokage, traffic jams (air, rail and road). So plan Mumbai trip sometime after September. Nobody will give you guarantee about trip in July.
