buddy a room for 800 in agra is not a cheap accomodation u wil get it easily hope u wil visit tajmahal take aguide and ask him he wil tell u numerous numbers of hotel

Last year (Feb 2007) I visited several UP tourist places and booked my accommodation in UP Tourism Guest Houses.
My advise: PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN ANY OF THEM. They have dirty rooms, furniture broken, Geysers not working, Room coolers removed, stale food at astronomical cost
I took up the matter with UP Tourism but neither action was taken nor any reply given.

you can surely travel to agra for a day and have a tour of TAJ but i have my doubt whether you will get a room for 800 with all the facilities mentioned by you.
