well if they rnt helping and u dont want them over, give them that message subtly. in india we all take advantage of parents as free baby sitters - it works sometimes and fails in other cases, you could try calling your inlaws and see if that works.

if not, you will have to get a good nanny and deal with the situation

You made the decision to have the children. The children are your responsibility to care for, not your parents. If your parents choose not to help as you would like, then you need to see the light and understand that they really do not want to. If you have calmly, and respectfully explained how you feel, and they disagree with you, or just do not want to do what you want...you really have no right to criticize them for it. At their age, you may not feel like taking care of grandkids either. Look for other sources of help....millions of us have been in your position. There may be local parenting classes that would help you , or you could hire part-time help. What about the children's' father?. Is he there? Does he participate in their care? If your parents are not helpful, it would be better for them to go home and remove the stress they cause you by being there.

Irregardles of what others are saying about you useing your parents as unpaid help. they knew their duty was to your children when they came to your country. they are being in holiday mode . give them a wake up call. if they are not listening to you, book them a flight back to India

Firstly i find you very selfish to have called parents just to help you raise your kid. Having 3 kids was your choice, they didn't force you for it, therefore your responsibility not theirs. They are not your servants, nannies, maid that they will stay on and be your sweet little helpers.

I have few questions for u .
Why the hell did you have 3 kids? Aren't there enough crowd in this world ?If it was u r decision to have 3 kids ,how the F you expect your parents to take care of them?It's you are your man who are suppose to take care of the kids ,not u parents. Give them a break !! U suck.

Are they helping you in any way? Ask for financial help and get a baby sitter. If not, kick them out of your house.
