I just need some advice for a best place to go for Honeymoon in February.?

GOA valentines will be amazing and in the same buget you can go to nepal and bhuta.
Also kolkata is good to shop and roam around but not for honeymoon.
If you have a arrange marriage i think this is the time for each other...........than go to a boring place where you just have each other.
My best choice would be ..............andaman nicobar island.
Book your rooms on a ship which takes a week to reach their....if you dont like cruise ships then take a flight.
Or hit nanital if you like so.

Although as long as you and your wife are left alone, any place is good: i suggest that you go to any hill station like ooty, Kodaikanal, Darjeeling, Simla, for a week. You both will enjoy these places.

try Bangaram islands in lakshdweep or the Agati islands.
they are part of india so u dont passports nad stuff.
