Some companies sell their information to other companies. For example if you gave all your information to one company, they may have given your information to another company, therefore a company you have never heard of or given your information to may send you offers and such things.

You were tricked to share your personal information. That normally happens when you sign up for new services or make a special purchase. You have to read the fine print of the "Terms of Service" before signing up or buying anything.

Your information is given to their partners which are hundreds of companies, and they pay them for this. Sorry but you agreed, next time read fine print. Somtimes you need to agree even though you dont want to but, thats the only way you can get several services sorry to say.We are all against a wall here! Example, Master Card, Visa, Several Online Games, etc Etc Etc

When you sign any kind of paper that states that your information is private and will only be shared within themselves and their affiliates you basically gave them your info. Their so-called affiliates can be hundreds of companies waiting for your info to sell you crap you don't need or want.

when you fill out forms, with your details the companys have partners in other bussiness if you look closely at the bottem theres boxes you can tick sayin 'if you dont wish us to pass on your information to other companies please tick here' or something more or less along those lines always becarful wen sending of forms!
