India is Beautiful all over. From Kashmir to Kerala & Kanyakumari there is beauty all over.
However selecting a place to visit will depend on the season. Eg. Summers go to Himachyal Pradesh, Uttaranchal both are beautifull places with Pines and rivers ghushing amidst valleys surrounded by dark green forrested Mountains followed by snowcapped peaks.
In Autmn head for Kodai/Munar/Kerala and you have a wonderous combination of pristine and stately Nilgiris coupled with emerald waterways of Kerala with lush coconut plantation coasts. You could even think of taking a cruise to Lakshadweep. If you are Hindu there are plentiful Temples in this circuit.
In Winters head for the Jungles of Kanha in Madhya Pradesh or Bandavgarh down South or Corbett in Uttaranchal. The Jungle has its pristine beauty coupled with the excitement of adventure the freshness of ozone and and the peace of the chirping birds and wood pecker pecking the woods. There are those wonderfull elephant rides as you tower over the Jungles at vantage. or the night jeep adventure as you lie and wait for a glimpse of the wild to come to the waterholes. And when you have had your fill of chasing tigers & wild cats, this is one trip with stories to tell your grandchildren. |

well it depends on the type of mood you want to be in is it something romantic or with yourself, places like Jaipur, Udaipur, Pushkar in Rajasthan are just fantastic!! You not only enjoy with your loved ones or your own company but you also get to witness the colours of India and its ethnicity and the royal heritage. You can also visit Kerela in that case and enjoy the backwaters, food and a peaceful aurra there But if you only want to party and enjoy, go Goa, Mumbai and Delhi, these are the places that really rock!!
