Anger is part of human nature.So,you need not be unduly worried about it.But if your angry explosion is too frequent , try to identify what exactly is making you angry.Then try to avoid such things or circumstances.Secondly keep aside half an hour daily to simulate such circumstance and vent off your anger.And lastly try to make meditation for 15 minutes part of your daily routine.
