maybe its a sin if your a vegetarian, but what does this have to do with travel to india? also i think it would take some man power to tip a cow over....but laugh at the cows anyways because of the stupid look on their face as they have no idea they will be my hamburger from steak n shake in a few weeks |

Sin or not, Cow slaughter, is banned in India. If at all you want eat, go to any beef stall, you will get Buffelo meat. Only, outside India, you can eat, cow's meat. More than eating killing any animal, is sin, for the good of mankind. |

It is abnormal, if you are Hindu. If you are Christian, Muslim or Jewish, eating cows is not a sin according the religion. But tipping innocent creatures and laughing at them is sin in every culture. |

It isn't a sin. In fact the lord Jesus I'm sure consumed many a cow in his days here. As for cow tipping, I believe that is more in the realm of an urban legend. If that is really what gets you off, go for it. Give me ring and I'll help. Now laughing at them on the other hand is just hurtful. To put them in that situation and just laugh at them.... well really.. |

well.. like they say in India, It is a grave sin if u'r a Hindu and esp from the Brahmin community. But then again times are changin and many of my personal friends who belong to this communtiy themselves consume cow meat. We refer to them as kalla brahmana's - meaning 'cheating brahmins'. |

I do not want you to look at this issue from religious point of view but let me answer your question by asking a question.Let us assume the cow is still giving birth. What do you fill if you kill and eat it?you do not fill sympathetic. For example in Ethiopia,if a cow stops giving birth then you can eat it.So you can judge it by yourself and do it. |
