If From Delhi You can go Manali @ Rs 3500/- for couple with breakfast & dinner , 3 nights / 4 days

It is raining heavily in North - and If you have to go on some tour, best is RAJASTHAN. Otherwise, checkout weather and you can spend some good time [ scenic with green ] in Jim Corbett+ Nainital.
Monsoon makes Jim Corbett close but some regions are OPEN and you can have good feel of jungle as bright green is what you see everywhere !

What is your city of departure for your tour ? This might help us to give you some ideas.
If it is Delhi, then i would suggest the famous "triangle" tour of
Delhi-Old and New-, Agra and JaÃ¯pur (Rajasthan)
-New delhi & Old Delhi
Old Delhi :
Red Fort,
Jama Majid,
Souk
Karim's restaurant
New Delhi :
Connaught Place
President's palace & surrounding High Courts (old buildings), India Gate, etc....
Kutub Minar & the different temples in/around Kutub Minar e.g JaÃ¯n Temple in Sultanpur, other temples on the main road going towards Asola village---> direction of Agra)
-Agra (Fatepur Sikri & Taj Mahal and maybe, if time permits, the Red Fort)
-Jaipur (Amer fort, Jaipur Museum, etc...)

The visit of these 3 cities - sticking to the main attraction sights - is feasable without any hassle in a 3 day period.

Or the Backwaters of Kerala : you can visit the place renting one of their local boats = houseboats (the services of the captain & a butler/cook included in the trip fee). This is quite the romantic thing to do.
