I went thru the same thing..actually my husband did....we knew pretty well that we were meanr to be together, but he hadn't said anything concrete...we used to have these discussions abt out relationship..where its ging..n stuff like that..once it so happened that we were talking abt this one night..and the next morning when we met he said he had something imp to tell me..he waited till lunch time, we were at a restaurent....and very casually he just said.."shall we move our relationship to the next level?" it was that simple..no flowers, no teddy bears..no cards....just pure simple words.

make sure this is the one girl, you dont want to do the wrong thing. The words should come naturally, just tell her how much you love her and that you want to spend your life with her. She will get the point.
